So often, we feel a longing for change — perhaps even for a new beginning, for more depth, for a life that truly nourishes us. But how do we make time for that? And once we have the time — what do we do? How do we listen to the silence, give voice to what lives within us, recognize the signs of our body and soul?

    Introduction & SĀDHANĀ presentation
  • Tuesday - Thursday at 07:07
    You’re welcome to join from 7:00 AM to settle into stillness together; we begin at 7:07 AM.
  • Duration: 30–45 minutes. We will finish at 7:45 a.m. at the latest.
  • Weekly check-in in the group (online via Zoom)
  • Yoga classes & Mediations, Full- and New Moon Ritual and Cacao ceremony

Was ist All You Can Yoga (AYCY)?

With All You Can Yoga, you have unlimited access to our entire class schedule — as often as you wish. All yoga sessions, moon rituals, and cacao ceremonies are open to you. After each live class, you’ll automatically receive the recording, so you can practice anytime, at your own pace. This gives you full freedom to integrate yoga and ritual into your life in the way that truly fits you.

The prices are a recommendation range.
You decide what you can and want to give.


About me

My calling as a yoga teacher and ritual guide has led me for many years through constant movement — across countries, places, and encounters. All of it alive and beautiful — and yet, it continues to remind me not to seek my grounding in the external world, but to find it within myself.


My anchor is my daily practice — my SĀDHANĀ. It is a sacred space I gift myself every day.Lived, refined, and deepened over many years.


It doesn’t take much time or special knowledge —only the willingness to meet yourself. Because once you find what truly nourishes you, everything else flows naturally.

What does SĀDHANĀ mean?

SĀDHANĀ comes from Sanskrit and refers to conscious, spiritual practice. SĀDHANĀ is a profound experience of self-realization and helps us achieve inner transformation. SĀDHANĀ plays a central role in yoga and offers a path to deepening the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Why 7:07 am?

The 7 connects heaven (3) and earth (4) – spirit and matter.

It is the number of the inner path, of contemplation, of pilgrimage.


It is often seen as a “sacred number”: 7 days of the week, 7 chakras, 7 oceans, 7 colors of the rainbow.


She invites you, to look inward to recognize your own truth and to come into contact with the invisible world.

What if I can't do it?

That's no problem. You do it however you like. Anything's possible, nothing's mandatory.

Do I have to join live at 07:07 from Tuesday to Thursday?

Our shared Sādhanā from Tuesday to Thursday is an invitation, not an obligation. You’re welcome to practice on your own and simply join us live for our weekly check-ins on Sunday.

Do we finish on time?

Yes! I’ll keep a close eye on the clock so that we wrap up the Sādhanā by 07:45 at the latest.

Do I practice my SĀDHANĀ only online with the group, or also on my own?

Ideally, you’ll practice your SĀDHANĀ every day until we complete our online journey on January 25th — and maybe even beyond, who knows? :-)

What if I can't be there live at 7:07 AM?

No problem! On the first day, you'll learn our SĀDHANĀ practice, so you can practice it independently starting January 2nd. Or you can use the recordings and practice at your own pace.

Are the Zoom meetings recorded?

Yes. You will receive the recordings immediately after the live meeting.
Both the recordings of the morning SĀDHANĀ and the community check-ins.

Can I join from the office?

Absolutely — you can tune in from anywhere: from your desk, during your breakfast break, or even while you’re away on holiday. Wherever you are, your place in the circle is waiting. All you need is to loosen your waistband, light a candle if you like, keep your journal nearby, and settle into a comfortable seat.

Do we also do yoga?

Our daily SĀDHANAs offer gentle movement stimuli. If you'd like a more in-depth form of yoga during your SĀDHANA journey, I recommend ALL YOU CAN YOGA.

What´s ALL YOU CAN YOGA (AYCY)?

The entire course schedule is free for you to use!


This applies to ALL yoga classes, moon rituals, and cacao ceremonies. You'll also automatically receive a recording of each live class, so you can catch up at your own pace and have the opportunity to practice yoga with us at any time.


You can add the AYCY to your SĀDHANĀ journey for a small additional charge.

Are there discounted participation options?

Absolutely. Just reach out to me — we’ll find a solution that works for you.

Is there a discount if we join as a pair?

Shared practice creates a special bond. If you’d like to embark on this journey with someone close to you, you’ll both receive a 33 EUR discount — a gentle support for the meaningful step you’re taking together.

Is there a WhatsApp group for our SĀDHANĀ journeyp?

Yes, it is there for us to exchange ideas and support each other as a community.

What can I bring for the SĀDHANĀ journey?

  • A notebook you’d like to begin the new year with
  • A candle
  • A notebook (and of course a pen — maybe even a backup one? ;-)
  • If you enjoy using smoke rituals: incense sticks or herbs such as sage
