REIKI TREATMENT (60min / 90min)
Reiki is a Japanese healing method in which gentle hands-on touch supports your body in reactivating its natural healing impulses. The treatment addresses your entire system—body, mind, and soul.
Reiki works on the autonomic nervous system, encourages the release of stress, and can reduce physical as well as mental tension. This helps your body shift into a state of deep relaxation where regeneration, balance, and inner stability become possible again.
We work on a subtle energetic level, where patterns, emotions, and old imprints are stored. Blockages can dissolve with tenderness, allowing you to return to a state of inner equilibrium, calm, and deep connection.

ENERGY MASSAGE (120min)
The energy massage combines a full-body oil treatment with elements of energy work, including Reiki, to reach your body on a deep and holistic level.

For 2-hour sessions, shamanic healing methods such as drumming, rattles, chanting, and/or vocal sound work are included.
